about the holiday
The Feast of Pandak (March 1st) is one of the six Gallifreyan feast days, specifically the feast day of the Scendelesean Chapter. All chapters, however, are encouraged to celebrate.
As a Feast Day for one of the lower triad founders, Pandak, it is slightly less intense than Otherstide, Feast of Omega and Feast of Rassilon. It is, however, still an important holiday. It celebrates supporting roles, and dedication to one's work. On the Feast of Pandak, it is good to be especially sure that you are courteous to people in food service professions and similar underpaid lines of work, and it can also be a day to give presents to teachers or other people who aren't appreciated enough by society.
There may also be an actual feast held on this day, with fruits that are in-season.

ritual
Today, we celebrate dedication to one’s strengths and callings, whatever they may be.
We celebrate hard work, which is essential to any accomplishment.
We especially recognize and celebrate those whose important work
Often goes without notice or recognition
Despite the benefits it brings to our lives and to society as a whole.
Today, we recognize the importance of supporting roles
And of those who work behind the scenes
To help ensure that things which must be done go smoothly.
We celebrate those who work in service professions
And all whose efforts help our society, regardless of how prominent their role may typically be considered.
Shadows hide you from what may harm you; stars guide you to the truth.
All (optional speaking part for everyone): Shadows hide me; stars guide me.
